Lingual Mucosal Ulceration with Bony Sequestration

This case report describes a rare condition of lingual mucosal ulceration associated with bony sequestration following non-surgical lower molar tooth extraction healthy 58-year-old female patient. Clinically, she presented painful ulcer on the aspect posterior mandible and noticed sharp bone which caused irritation to side tongue. The exposed was removed surgically, completely healed. Thus, emphasizing understanding causative factors oral ulcers can help in giving proper treatment plan.
